COVID-19 Secure Trainings

Ruth Penfold MA is a British registered nurse (RGN), 

with over 30 years experience in the UK, Cambodia, India and Iraq. 

Since 2013, Ruth has been providing First Aid training to businesses, schools, charities and individuals including First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid. 

Training courses include:

• Basic Life Support with AED
• Emergency First Aid at Work
• Emergency First Aid for Schools
• Paediatric and Early Years First Aid

Training is accredited through Worksafe. 

The number of participants per First Aid training is 2 -12.

1. Group sizes are from 2-12, so whether you need comprehensive training for multiple staff or simply refresher training for just a few of the team, we can deliver that.
2. We charge per person so it won't break the bank
3. As a two-person company we provide high quality at a around 1/3rd of the cost of some well known providers  because we don't have the overheads of some other training organisations.
4. As a qualified nurse, Ruth is equipped to answer clinical questions from her years of professional training and experience. 
5. Courses can be tailored to provide additional time and input relevant to your needs. Recent examples include a focus on cricket-ball related injuries for Lancashire Cricket Foundation; electrical injuries for a utilities company; and what to watch for as a teacher when diabetic students go on field trips.
6. We come to you, so it's as easy as possible for your staff to attend.
7. Training is externally accredited through Worksafe, who conduct post-course evaluations and an on-site assessment of our training each year, so you can be sure we're offering a high quality service.
