Privacy Policy

For the purpose of this policy, "mtwenty" means mtwenty international ltd. This policy explains how mtwenty collects, stores, uses and shares personal information (including but not limited to information from which you can be personally identified such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number). It is important that you read and understand this privacy policy ("policy").


mtwenty may update this policy at any time. Unless stated otherwise, mtwenty's current policy applies to all information that mtwenty have about you. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller is mtwenty international ltd., 18 Rathen Road, Manchester, M20 4GH, United Kingdom.


1. Data Collected

1.1 Customer Database

In order for us to provide you with services, we store and process certain personal information such as your name, email and physical address. We not store or retain details of participants on courses that are accredited by Worksafe, although we will store details of those who attend non-accredited courses. 


1.2 Board members and shareholders Information stored on employees, Board members and shareholders includes address, date of birth, passport details, next of kin and bank details. This information is retained in order for mtwenty to book travel, health insurance, pay salaries and fees, and for the purposes of legal documents pertaining to the organisation’s ownership and business operations.


2. Use and Sharing of Information

2.1 mtwenty's Use of Information

mtwenty collects and uses your personal and information, as described above, to operate its services or to carry out the training you request. This is collected and stored only with your permission.


2.2 Sharing of Information

mtwenty will not share personal information about you with third parties or non-affiliated companies except,


  • When mtwenty has your permission, to provide external organisations that accredit our training with your contact details regarding contracted work. These parties are required to process such information based on instructions from mtwenty and in accordance with the project contract. They do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • Where mtwenty believe that it is necessary to disclose such information to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable government request, to enforce mtwenty's terms and conditions and investigate violations thereof, to prevent, detect and address fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect against harm to the rights and property of mtwenty and its users as required or permitted by law.


3. Security

3.1 Measures to protect your security

To secure your personal information, access to your data is password protected, and information is backed-up to a server accessible only to mtwenty’s key licensed account holders. Whilst mtwenty will implement the security measures detailed above, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore transmission via the internet is at your own risk. 


3.2 Retention of Data. All information mentioned in this policy will be kept for a minimum of 12 months from the 1st May 2018 and no more than 60 months without further agreement, except for copies of invoices which we are required to retain for the previous six years financial years.


3.3 Access and Requests to be removed from our records. To remove all your details from mtwenty’s records please email steve@mtwenty.co.uk and specify which details you would like removed. Users have the right, by written request and on payment of a small fee, to a copy of any personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998), which we hold about you.
